NCT ID NCT01538056
Summary
This study is testing whether doctors can safely modify standard stent grafts during surgery to treat dangerous aortic aneurysms in patients who have few other options. The research involves 500 adults with specific types of abdominal aortic aneurysms that are large, growing, or at risk of rupture. The goal is to provide a faster, more accessible treatment alternative to open surgery or custom-made devices that take weeks to manufacture.
