Doctors Hand-Craft Life-Saving stents for inoperable aneurysms
NCT ID NCT05339061
Summary
This study is testing a custom-modified stent graft to treat dangerous, complex aortic aneurysms in high-risk patients who have no other approved, minimally invasive options. Doctors will physically modify an existing stent graft on a surgical table to fit each patient's unique anatomy before implanting it. The goal is to control the aneurysm and prevent rupture while preserving blood flow to vital organs, with patients followed closely for five years to monitor safety and effectiveness.
