Summary
This study tests whether a mix of 11 Chinese herbs, called Modified Qing-Zao-Jiu-Fei Decoction, can help people with pneumoconiosis (a lung disease from inhaling dust). Eighty adults aged 20-85 will receive either the herb granules or a placebo for 16 weeks. The main goal is to see if the herbs improve how far they can walk in 6 minutes.
