Summary
This study tests a stent graft that doctors modify by hand to treat complex aortic aneurysms in patients who cannot use standard FDA-approved devices. About 40 high-risk adults will be enrolled, and the main goal is to see if the graft is safe and works well at one year. The approach aims to prevent aneurysm rupture and avoid open surgery, but patients will need lifelong follow-up.
