New coaching model boosts heart rehab in seniors

Summary
This study tested a special coaching program for older adults (70+) who had a heart problem like a heart attack or heart surgery. The program aimed to help them take part in and benefit more from standard cardiac rehab. 416 people took part, and the study measured how well they could move and do daily activities. The goal was to improve recovery and quality of life.
