Doctors test custom stent to fix deadly aortic bulges

Summary
This study is testing a custom-modified stent graft for people with dangerous thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms (TAAAs) who are at high risk for traditional open surgery. The goal is to see if this less invasive procedure is safe and effective compared to open surgery. Researchers will follow 38 patients for five years to track survival, complications, and treatment success.
