Summary
This early-stage study aimed to find a safe dose and check for side effects of a new drug, modakafusp alfa, when given with other approved myeloma medications. It involved adults with multiple myeloma, including those newly diagnosed after a stem cell transplant and those whose cancer had returned. The trial was terminated early and did not complete enrollment.
