Summary

This study aims to validate a modified cognitive test (MoCA Blind) for diagnosing memory and thinking problems after corneal transplant surgery. Researchers will enroll 200 adults with corneal conditions in Russia and compare test results before and 90 days after surgery. The goal is to provide a reliable tool for doctors to detect cognitive issues in patients with visual impairments.
