Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app designed for new fathers can help them feel more connected to their baby, lower their stress, and support breastfeeding. About 80 first-time dads will either use the app or get standard information. Researchers will compare changes in bonding, anxiety, and breastfeeding attitudes between the two groups.
