Summary

This study tests whether a mobile education program for first-time fathers can improve their emotional bond with their baby, lower their stress, and increase their support for breastfeeding. About 80 fathers will either use a special app with six learning modules or receive standard information. The goal is to see if simple digital tools can make a real difference for new dads.
