Summary
This study is testing a new mobile healthcare team that travels to homes and care facilities to help manage pain in children and young adults (up to age 25) with autism, intellectual disabilities, or multiple disabilities. The team provides specialized pain assessments and creates management plans, working closely with families and caregivers. Researchers want to see if this mobile approach improves pain levels, behavior, and quality of life over six months.
