Summary
This study tests whether a mobile mindfulness app can help people being treated for opioid use disorder who also have a history of childhood trauma. Researchers want to see if participants will use the app daily for 30 days and if it lowers stress. Sixty adults already in treatment will track their app use and visit the clinic four times for stress tests.
