Summary
This study is testing a mobile surgical vehicle that can perform a common heart defect repair procedure without using X-ray radiation. The goal is to see if this mobile unit is as safe and effective as the standard hospital-based procedure. If successful, it could bring this specialized care to patients in remote areas who lack access to major hospitals.
