Summary
This study tests whether a mobile health program can help adolescents with pulmonary arterial hypertension increase their daily step count. Participants aged 10-21 will use a Fitbit and receive remote coaching to encourage more physical activity. The goal is to see if this approach improves exercise levels and quality of life over 12 weeks.
