Summary
This study tests whether a mobile health program can help teens and young adults who finished cancer treatment become more physically active. About 287 survivors in Alberta will either get standard educational materials or a full program including a personalized activity plan, a fitness tracker, a private online community, and motivational texts and calls. The goal is to see if the program increases weekly exercise and improves sleep over one year.
