Summary

This study tested whether a smartphone app could help older adults (60+) with myeloid neoplasms, a type of blood cancer, do exercises at home. Over 7 weeks, 25 participants used the app to track walking and resistance exercises while receiving chemotherapy. The main goal was to see if the program was practical and easy to stick with.
