Can a phone app slow down memory loss? new study tests personalized exercise
NCT ID NCT07101380
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized exercise program delivered through a smartphone or tablet app, called SuperBrain BOOM, can help improve thinking skills, mood, and physical ability in older adults (ages 50-85) with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). For 12 weeks, one group will use the app while a comparison group receives their usual care. Researchers will check if the program is safe, easy to use, and helps with memory and daily activities.
