First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health app could help young adults ages 18-25 reduce heavy drinking. Forty participants were randomly assigned to use the app or just complete surveys. The goal was to see if the app was satisfying and engaging, not to prove it works. Results will guide future research.
