Summary

This study tests a mobile app called PA-LINKS designed to help women who have recently been in jail access HIV prevention medication (PrEP) and treatment for opioid use disorder. The app provides personalized messages and connects users with a navigator. Researchers will enroll 74 women in Philadelphia to see if the app is easy to use and helps them get the services they need.
