Phone therapy for traumatized teens: can an app help heal?

NCT ID NCT07407946

Summary

This study is testing a new way to deliver therapy for teens with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in northern Sweden. It combines a therapist's guidance with a secure mobile app for exercises and video sessions, aiming to make treatment more accessible. Researchers will compare this blended approach to standard face-to-face therapy to see if it's practical and acceptable for teens, caregivers, and therapists.
