Can a smartphone help young cancer survivors rebuild their health?

Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile health program can help young cancer survivors become more physically active. Researchers are enrolling about 320 survivors in Alberta who finished cancer treatment within the last year. Participants will either receive general health information or a full support package including a fitness tracker, a personalized activity plan, and motivational messages to see which approach works better.
