First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app with exercise videos helps people with a broken shoulder recover better than standard care alone. Sixty adults aged 18–58 with a shoulder fracture will be split into two groups: one gets the app plus usual care, the other gets usual care only. Researchers will measure shoulder function and satisfaction at 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months.
