Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app that lets pregnant women with high blood pressure or diabetes monitor their health at home can improve outcomes for both mother and baby. About 864 women in Nepal will use the app plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the app helps keep blood pressure and sugar levels in check and reduces serious problems like early delivery or NICU stays.
