Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile phone app and text messages can help young adults in Zambia better manage their HIV and reduce risky alcohol and drug use. Researchers are working with 164 participants aged 18-24 who are living with HIV and report challenges with taking their medication consistently. The main goal is to see if the app is easy to use, helpful, and can improve treatment adherence.
