Summary

This study is testing a 30-day mobile health program designed to help Hispanic adolescents (ages 12-18) with overweight improve their health. Researchers want to see if using a special smartphone app, along with a smart scale, can help participants track and improve their physical activity, sleep, and diet. The goal is to prevent obesity and type 2 diabetes by promoting healthier lifestyle habits.
