App aims to ease the burden on Thailand's family caregivers

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app called CAMMA can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in family caregivers of adults with long-term illnesses in Thailand. About 400 caregivers who use a smartphone and provide at least 4 hours of daily care will participate. The app is designed to detect early signs of distress and offer support.
