Summary
This study tested a mobile app called EASE that helps people track COVID-19 symptoms, manage stress, and learn about how stress affects health. The goal was to see if the app could reduce anxiety and depression in Black, Hispanic, and American Indian adults living in Texas or Oklahoma. About 822 people took part, and the app was compared to standard digital mental health tools.
