Summary
This study tested whether a 3-month mobile health (mHealth) support program could help family caregivers. The program aimed to reduce the stress and burden felt by people caring for a loved one with both Alzheimer's dementia and type 2 diabetes. Researchers measured changes in caregiver burden, knowledge, and feelings of social support.
