This study tested whether using a mobile health app (Undermyfork) together with a continuous glucose monitor (Dexcom G7) helps people with type 2 diabetes better control their blood sugar. 91 adults with type 2 diabetes who were not on bolus insulin took part. The goal was to see if real-time glucose tracking and personalized diet tips improve average blood sugar levels compared to standard care.
