New sleeve may replace bandages for breast cancer swelling

Summary
This study compares a special adjustable sleeve (MOBIDERM Autofit) to standard bandages for managing arm swelling after breast cancer. Sixteen adults with mild to moderate lymphedema will use each method for one month. The goal is to see which better controls swelling and maintains pressure overnight.
