Summary
This study tests an internet-based guided self-help program for adults with chronic pain. The program uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people accept their pain and focus on living a meaningful life. Researchers will enroll 140 participants to see if the program improves pain acceptance and quality of life.
