Summary

This study aims to understand how care for people with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is coordinated between specialist clinics and local community services. Researchers will talk to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, and observe how care is transferred. The goal is to identify barriers and find ways to improve communication and support for everyone affected by MND.
