Summary

This study tests a Minnesota program designed to help workers who get injured or sick stay employed and avoid long-term disability. The program provides early support and workplace accommodations to employees who might otherwise leave their jobs. Researchers are tracking whether participants maintain employment and avoid applying for disability benefits over one and five years.
