First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a new combined vaccine (MMRVNS) against measles, mumps, rubella, and chickenpox in healthy children aged 15 months to 6 years. About 1,200 children who already received a first dose of a similar vaccine will get a second dose of either the new vaccine or the licensed ProQuad vaccine. Researchers will compare how well each vaccine boosts immunity and check for side effects like injection site reactions or fever.
