Summary
This study looked at whether the measles vaccine virus can be found in breast milk after new mothers receive the MMR vaccine. Fourteen breastfeeding women who were not immune to measles or rubella gave milk samples on days 7, 11, and 14 after vaccination. The goal was to understand the safety for breastfed infants by checking for the virus in the milk.
