New anxiety pill enters final testing phase

Summary
This study is testing whether an oral medication called MM120 can help control symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder. It will involve 200 adults with moderate to severe anxiety who will take either the medication or a placebo for 12 weeks, followed by an optional 40-week extension. The main goal is to see if MM120 safely reduces anxiety symptoms better than a placebo.
