NCT ID NCT02503722
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new two-drug combination (sapanisertib plus osimertinib) in about 36 adults with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to osimertinib alone. The main goal is to find the safest dose and identify side effects. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease by blocking key growth signals in cancer cells.
