Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs (MK3475 and cyclophosphamide) in 129 adults with advanced sarcomas that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if the treatment could shrink tumors or stop them from growing for at least 6 months. The approach aims to control the disease rather than cure it.
