Summary
This early-phase study tests a new targeted therapy called MK-8294 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, see if people can tolerate it, and find the highest safe dose. About 67 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the tumors respond.
