First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new targeted drug called MK-8294 in about 67 people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the highest dose people can tolerate. Researchers will also watch for any tumor shrinkage, but this is not a cure and ongoing treatment may be needed.
