Summary

This study is testing a new drug called MK-3120 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable. About 270 participants will receive the drug by IV infusion. The study also looks at whether the drug can shrink tumors.
