New drug combo targets tough cancers in Gene-Matched patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug called MK-1084, alone or combined with cetuximab, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific gene change (KRAS G12C). About 150 adults whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will receive the drug to see if tumors shrink or stop growing. The main goals are to measure how many people respond and to check for side effects.
