Scientists test if lunch changes your medicine
NCT ID NCT06619314
Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body processes a new drug called MK-1084 (calderasib). Researchers tested 56 healthy adults to see if taking the drug with food, in a different pill form, or alongside common stomach acid medicine changed how much of the drug got into their bloodstream. The goal was to gather basic information to help plan future studies in people who are sick.
