Summary
This study aims to better understand a severe and complex type of heart failure called mixed cardiogenic-vasoplegic shock. Researchers will look back at the medical records of 2,500 patients from three French hospitals to see how many survive and what factors lead to worse outcomes. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors identify high-risk patients and improve future care, but this study itself does not test any new treatments.
