First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a mixed-reality video game called Bootle Blast can help children aged 6-17 with hemiplegic cerebral palsy improve their arm and hand skills through home practice. About 46 participants will either start the game right away or wait 12 weeks while continuing usual care. The goal is to see if the game is easy to use at home and leads to better motor function.
