Can a handful of nuts curb your appetite and help manage weight?
NCT ID NCT03375866
Summary
This study is testing whether eating a daily mix of almonds, walnuts, peanuts, and other nuts helps people feel fuller longer, eat less overall, and better manage their weight. Researchers will measure changes in hunger, blood sugar, cholesterol, and gut bacteria in 56 adults with a body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 40. The goal is to understand exactly how nuts might help control appetite and support weight management.
