NCT ID NCT07543874

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026

Summary

This study is a registry that will collect information from 1,000 patients with mitral regurgitation (a leaky heart valve) who receive a newer version of the MitraClip device, called G5. The MitraClip is a small clip placed via a tube in a leg vein to repair the valve without open-heart surgery. The goal is to see how well the G5 device works and how safe it is in everyday hospital practice. No extra tests or procedures are done beyond standard care.
