Summary
This registry will follow 1,000 adults with mitral regurgitation who receive the MitraClip G5, a device that repairs the heart's mitral valve without open-heart surgery. The goal is to see how well the device works and how safe it is in everyday hospital practice. No extra tests or procedures are required beyond standard care.
