Summary

This study looked at how the MitraClip device, which repairs a leaky heart valve, changes the heart's shape and function over time. Fifty-four adults with severe mitral regurgitation had MRI scans before, right after, and 6 months after the procedure. The goal was to track heart remodeling and understand the benefits of the treatment.
