New study tests supplement for stronger muscles in middle age

Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Mitopure® (urolithin A) can improve muscle strength in healthy adults aged 40 to 65 who are not very active. Participants will take either a low or high dose of the supplement or a placebo daily for 6 months. The main goal is to see if the supplement helps with knee strength and overall muscle performance.
