Summary

This study tested whether taking a new dietary supplement for 16 days could improve exercise performance and cognitive function in 40 healthy adults (20 young, ages 18-30, and 20 older, ages 50-65). Participants completed cycling tests, cognitive tasks, and blood draws before and after taking the supplement or a placebo.
