Text or talk? new study aims to get kids back to the doctor
NCT ID NCT06686849
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help families reschedule important child checkups they've missed. It will compare sending a simple text message reminder to having a community health worker make a personal phone call, against the usual practice of no specific follow-up. The goal is to see which method is most effective and cost-efficient at getting children back on track with their preventive healthcare.
